Plain English first. This site is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no cookies that we set and no third party requests. If you contact us, you do it by email and we use your message to reply to you. That is the whole of it today.
What we collect
From this website: nothing automatically. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by us, and no third party requests. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the page and protect the service. We do not use that data to build a profile of you.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write. Please do not send detailed health information by email.
Why we use it
- To reply to you.
- To let you know when SiriusRX opens, if you asked to be told.
- To meet legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising.
- We do not add you to unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Our email provider and our hosting provider, acting on our instructions, to the extent needed to deliver mail and serve the site.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while it is useful for the conversation and our records, and deleted on request unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask to be removed from the waitlist. Write to hello@siriushealthrx.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honour those rights regardless of where you live.
Health information
Today this site collects no health information. When SiriusRX operates a care service, personal health information will be handled under the practices described in our notice of privacy practices and our consumer health data notice, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Contact
This document is provided in good faith and describes our current practices. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and it will be replaced before SiriusRX operates a live care service. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@siriushealthrx.com and ask.
