Plain English first. This site is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no cookies that we set and no third party requests. If you contact us, you do it by email and we use your message to reply to you. That is the whole of it today.
We claim no certifications. SiriusRX is not SOC 2 certified, is not "HIPAA certified" (no such certification exists), and holds no third party security accreditation. Anyone displaying such a badge before earning it is telling you something about themselves. When we hold a real attestation, it will be named here with its date and scope.
How this site is built
- Static. No application server, no database, and no user accounts behind it.
- No third party requests. Fonts, images and styles are served from this domain. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded widgets.
- No cookies set by us.
- HTTPS everywhere, with HSTS, and a content security posture that includes nosniff, frame protection and a strict referrer policy.
Mail to our domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so that messages appearing to come from us can be verified. Email is still email: please do not send detailed health information to us that way.
What changes when care begins
A live care service needs authentication, encrypted storage of health records, access controls, audit logging, vendor agreements including business associate agreements, and a breach response process. Those will be in place before any patient data is collected, and this page will describe them specifically rather than in the abstract.
Reporting a problem
If you believe you have found a security issue, write to hello@siriushealthrx.com with "Security" in the subject. We will acknowledge you, and we will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access or alter other people's data.
This document is provided in good faith and describes our current practices. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and it will be replaced before SiriusRX operates a live care service. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@siriushealthrx.com and ask.
