Plain English first. This site is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no cookies that we set and no third party requests. If you contact us, you do it by email and we use your message to reply to you. That is the whole of it today.
Why this notice exists
Some states, notably Washington under the My Health My Data Act, and Nevada under SB 370, give specific rights over "consumer health data" that sit outside HIPAA. This notice addresses those rights. We publish it now, before we collect any such data, so the commitment exists from the start.
What we collect today
No consumer health data. This website has no forms, no accounts, no health questionnaires, no trackers and no analytics. If you email us, we hold your message. If you choose to describe a health concern in that email, we hold what you wrote, and we ask that you do not.
What we would collect in future
When a care service exists, it will necessarily collect health information in order to provide care. Before that happens this notice will be updated to describe the categories collected, the purposes, the parties it is shared with, and how to exercise your rights.
Commitments
- We will not sell consumer health data. Not now, and not later.
- We will not use it for cross context behavioural advertising.
- We will not share it with data brokers.
- We will collect only what is needed for the purpose we tell you about.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you, to tell you who we have shared it with, to delete it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Write to hello@siriushealthrx.com with the subject "Health data request". We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
Appeals
If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response. If you remain unsatisfied you may contact your state Attorney General.
This document is provided in good faith and describes our current practices. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and it will be replaced before SiriusRX operates a live care service. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@siriushealthrx.com and ask.
